I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. My boyfriend planned my birthday dinner here and it was the best experience. The coordination for the dinner was easy due to the responsive host staff, the service and wait staff were lovely and so friendly. They gave us a private room and it made the experience so special. The food was INSANE. We loved the whole experience and will definitely be back. I hope they get a Michelin star! They deserve it.

Sushi Kozy was such a special dining experience from start to finish. Every dish was prepared and presented with so much care that you could tell how much thought went into every detail. Each course was beautifully plated, and honestly, every time a new dish arrived, it made me excited before I even took the first bite. The chef Ko was incredibly warm and welcoming, and throughout the meal I genuinely felt well taken care of. It never felt rushed, and there was a level of hospitality that made the entire experience feel elegant yet comfortable. You can really feel the passion and attention to detail in both the food and the service. The flavors were just as impressive as the presentation. There were so many unique combinations that I wouldn’t have expected, yet everything came together beautifully. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every course felt creative without trying too hard. Even the cocktails were stunning, both visually and in flavor, making the whole experience feel even more special. If you’re looking for one of the best fine dining Japanese experiences in Dallas, Sushi Kozy is absolutely worth it. It’s not just dinner, it’s an experience I’ll be thinking

My friend took me here for a belated birthday celebration, and everything was great! The food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful. You can tell the chef truly cares about the details. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, from the presentation to the balance of flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the attention to even the smallest touches made the meal feel special. It’s clear that a lot of pride and care go into the food here, and it definitely shows in the overall dining experience. We had a really nice time and enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be coming back again!

This is by far the best restaurant I’ve been to in Dallas. Starting with the flan, it was an incredible and impactful start to the meal. The custard was sweet, and the richness was perfectly balanced, making me almost drool after the first bite. Next was the crab with the jelly. The acidity from the jelly paired perfectly with the brown butter, creating a very balanced dish. Then came the hotate with green apple and pea. The scallop and apple matched so well, and that bite was packed with umami and sweetness. It was absolutely perfect. The ginger macaron was also amazing. It had a pleasant sweetness, and I loved how the flavors continued to develop as I ate it. This was also one of the most memorable dishes of the night. The snow crab bite was slightly off. The flavor was great; however, the shell was a bit thick and felt slightly stale. The sushi course was outstanding. The hotate and aged chutoro were the highlights. Chef Paul Ko generously offered the chutoro even though it was not on the menu, and it became one of my favorite sushi pieces I have ever had. I’m not sure if it was intentional, but most of the sushi felt a little warm for me, and I feel like the scallops stood

Wow! The omakase experience here was absolutely phenomenal! I came here for my birthday was not disappointed by a single dish. In fact, every dish blew me away. The “surf and turf” was one of my favorite bites I’ve had… ever. Everything tasted so good. Service was excellent. I will definitely be back. The only critique I would give is regarding the atmosphere, the restaurant is a little loud. Sitting at the sushi bar for omakase is a really nice experience, but is affected by the really loud music playing behind you for the rest of the restaurant.
